EICR, Electrical Installation Condition Report (PIR)

Most electrical installations can suffer damage, deterioration and alteration throughout their operational life, and this highlights how essential testing and inspection is to confirm the safe operation of any installation.
Problems with electrical installation can occur due to the following:

  1. A change of owner within the premises
  2. A change of use within the premises
  3. Alterations or additions to the original installation
  4. Significant changes in the electrical loading of the installation
